About Me

I am a Mechanical Engineer, graduated form University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka Who is currently working as an engineer in Scientific computing in USA based company, Sutra Technologies as a Engineer in Scientific computing.

Engineering is my passion. Even as a child I wanted to create solutions to my problems by thinking out of the box.

As an undergraduate I took part tin many robotics projects and competitions and won. I have also represented Sri Lanka in the Formula student UK 2018 competition as the chief Electrical and electronics systems engineer and was able to design and manufacture award wining FS class 1 car. I have conducted Final year undergraduate research on Development of an semi – autonomous Aerial manipulator for Disaster management under the supervision of Dr. Thilina Lalitharathne and planned to be published in IROS 2020.

In Sutra technologies I’m currently working in a project to model and simulate turbine blade film cooling using mathematical models.

I am fascinated by the space and new technologies. Aerial robotics is my new hobby. I like solving puzzles and Video games.
